Participants and winner(s) must be Georgia, U.S. residents. This giveaway is open to all ages but children under 18 years old should get parents’ permission before entering. 

No purchase is necessary to participate in these sweepstakes. Employees of the company and immediate family of any such persons, are not eligible to participate and win. 

To be entered into the raffle drawing for $1,000, participants must find a golden ticket in a bag of H&W Complete Roast Protein Feed or H&W Dual Roast Protein Feed and complete the following instructions:

1. Scan the QR code provided on the golden ticket and complete the form
2. Include participant’s full name & county of residence
3. Include contact information (phone number and/or email)
4. Dealer bag was purchased from
5. ??

**For 3X the entry, participants may also submit a photo of themselves holding their H&W golden ticket and/or a bag of H&W Farms feed.**

Prizes are valued at $1,000. Winners will receive a $1,000 check in their name to an address provided. The final grand prize will be announced at a later date but will hold a value of $2,500 and will also be provided by mailed check. 

There will be 10 regular winners drawn from the compilation of golden ticket submissions. These winners will each receive a $1,000 prize. A final winner will be drawn at a date to be determined by H&W Farms. The final winner will be drawn from the pool of existing submissions, excluding individuals who won a previous drawing. The final winner will receive a grand prize valued at $2,500.

By participating, where allowed by law, all participants and winner(s) of the H&W Golden Ticket Sweepstakes give permission to use their names, characters, photographs, voices, videotape, and likenesses in connection with promotion of the Golden Ticket Sweepstakes and waive any claims to royalty, right, or remuneration for such use. By participating in the Sweepstakes, where allowed by law, participants agree that the Company may disclose personal information obtained from participants in the sweepstakes for marketing and other purposes. 

 By participating in the sweepstakes, each participant and winner waives any and all claims of liability against the Company, its employees and agents, the sweepstake’s sponsors and their respective employees and agents, for any personal injury or loss which may occur from the conduct of, or participation in, the sweepstakes, or from the use of any prize.

The value of the prize(s) stated above is based on available information provided by H&W Farms, and the value of any prize awarded may be reported for tax purposes as required by law. Each winner is solely responsible for reporting and paying any and all applicable taxes related to the prize(s) and paying any expenses associated with any prize which are not specifically provided for in the official rules.

By participating, you agree to be bound by the decisions of Company personnel. Persons who violate any rule, gain unfair advantage in participating in the sweepstakes, or obtain winner status using fraudulent means will be disqualified.  We reserve the right to interpret these rules and resolve any disputes, conflicting claims or ambiguities concerning the rules or the sweepstakes and the Company’s decisions concerning such disputes shall be final. If the conduct or outcome of the sweepstakes is affected by human error, any mechanical malfunctions or failures of any kind, intentional interference or any event beyond the control of the Company, the Company reserves the right to terminate this sweepstakes, or make such other decisions regarding the outcome as the Company deems appropriate.  All decisions will be made by the Company and are final.

H&W Farms, LLC accepts no liabilities for any damage, loss, injury or death suffered by any entrants as a result of participating in the sweepstakes or being selected for a prize. Children under 18 years of age should get parental permission before participating and entering. 

H&W Farms, LLC reserves the right at any time and without prior notice, to cancel the sweepstakes or amend these terms and conditions. 

Void where prohibited. Odds of winning depend upon the number of bags sold and entries received.  Each winner must provide proof of eligibility and meet the above requirements to claim their prize.
